numen was launched 1998 and redesigned for the 60th anniversary of the Human Rights Declaration on December 10th 2008.

Originally bi-lingual English/Swedish, numen is presently available in Swedish language only, but translation is under way of a paper presented at the Centre for Gender Studies at Lund University, Evanisation - theories about women oppression genealogy.
